PEPTIDE CONSULTATIONS

Understand your options.
Find your next step.

You do not need to work out peptide treatment on your own. Start with a clinician who reviews your health, explains the available routes and helps you understand what may be appropriate for you.

Three routes. A clearer understanding of your options.

1. FDA-approved medication

A doctor can assess whether an FDA-approved medicine, such as Wegovy (semaglutide) or Zepbound (tirzepatide), fits your needs. You receive guidance on the exact product, potential benefits, risks and follow-up before deciding.

Your next step: Speak with a clinician. If prescribed, the medication is dispensed by a pharmacy.

2. Eligible compounded prescriptions

If a compounded treatment is appropriate, your doctor and a licensed compounding pharmacy review the prescription and whether it can be supplied. This gives you a pharmacy route for eligible options, with the formulation, cost and instructions explained before treatment.

Your next step: Clinical assessment, then pharmacy confirmation and a patient-specific prescription when appropriate. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

3. Doctor-led professional enquiries

For questions about other peptides, your doctor can review the separate ABS Labs Professional Use Only (PUO) catalog and its product requirements. Professional access requires account approval and credential verification, including the doctor’s NPI.

What this means for you: Your doctor can explain whether there is a permitted, appropriate option. The PUO catalog is not a patient pharmacy, and professional purchasing does not itself authorize a product for patient treatment.

Clinical care.
Individual decisions.

Your treating clinician reviews your individual circumstances and decides whether treatment or a prescription is appropriate. Medical advisors inform ABS Health’s approach; they do not personally treat every patient.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before a peptide consultation.

Begin with a clinician and your health goals. They can assess FDA-approved treatment and discuss eligible compounded options. You do not need to select a peptide or supplier before your consultation.

The HHS announcement concerns BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax. It describes conditional interim enforcement discretion for certain 503A compounding; the Federal Register notice identifies the policy as a draft. This is not FDA approval or confirmation that ABS Health can supply these products. Your clinician and pharmacy must confirm the applicable requirements and availability before any prescription is offered.

ABS Labs is a separate Professional Use Only company. Approved professional accounts can review its catalog, but a doctor’s NPI or an account approval does not make every product authorized for patient treatment. Ask your clinician about the exact product, intended use and permitted route.

Confirm the exact medication, its approval or compounding status, the dispensing pharmacy, expected benefits and risks, all charges and the follow-up plan. Online patient intake is coming soon.
